Such is the life of a Paintless Dent Repair Technician aka "PDR" guy. I start my day with a cup of coffee, really for the benefit of my customers. Then I'm off to whatever city I'm servicing that day. You see, once a person becomes established in Paintless Dent Repair, he tends to travel to a particular city on a particular day. For instance, I might go north Upper Marlboro and Bowie on Mondays, Leonardtown on Tuesdays, on Wednesdays I'm heading east to Prince Frederick, on Thursdays I go to Lexington Park, but on Fridays to Marlow Heights/Temple Hills and Waldorf. In such a way as this, I can service people more efficently, often servicing a car dealer or two within a mile or less of each other, efficently. Then I may have a call to go on to someone's place of work or home, to take a dent out of their car. I'll travel to your job or home, borrow your keys, and fix your dent, usually fixing the damage within one hour or less. Convienent isn't it? The truth is, that the high volume of cars that car dealership have coming and going, makes them the bread and butter of my daily life. But the joy I receive from my trade, is in meeting people, doing their cars, and facing challenging dents that people thought I couldn't do. I see something new every day, often facing a dent that I have to pull out headlights or tailights, fender covers, even working upside down or on my back, taking off hoods or hood liners, headliners or trunk liners. Yes it never gets boring, but what I really love is the reaction people have when I just did a dent that they were hoping would be "better" but it came out perfect. Yes, you are the reason I do what I do. I want to earn your trust for life.
